Loco Bingo
I bought this game ages ago but have never been able to get past the 4th level - but here is a screenshot of the fifth level!
Enough was enough - I dug into the disassembler bundled with my ZX Spectrum emulator and came up with a couple of POKEs to disable the countdown timer:
POKE 55180,0
POKE 55189,0
and to turn the timer back on after the offending level(s):
POKE 55180,53
POKE 55189,53
