Updated FM bug
What a little beauty!
Upgraded so that it runs off a single 9V battery. The lower left-hand corner of the photo contains the transistor amplifier circuitry, and the top-right corner contains the RF stage which is pretty much the same as version 1.
Powerful enough to transmit the music coming out of my Mac in the cellar laboratory up two floors to the first floor (haven't tried it in the attic gym yet!)
MWAH ha ha!

Here's the prototype low-power 1.5v FM bug transmitting on 107.05MHz FM.
Think I'll modify it to two transistor stages to pick up quieter signals next...

Open source hydrogen cars
MotoGP
