Meeting Zingari Swing
Went to The Crown Inn with Spit last night to pay a surprise visit to my Junior 3 teacher Mr Rob Carroll who was playing with Zingari Swing. Even got him to sign the first of many spelling prizes he bought me back in 1981.
Miss Mary Brady was there too but didn't want to be in the photo - her hand is in the bottom right corner of the main shot though!

TommyGun IDE for the ZX Spectrum
I've not had chance to play properly with TommyGun but from what I have seen so far it looks very good.

Windows XP desktop icons keep moving
For the last month or so, Windows XP keeps aligning all my desktop icons down the left hand side of the screen. From web searches it looks like I'm not the only one but until I find the solution, a little utility called Desktop Restore is doing the trick. It is a small shell extension with Save Desktop... and Restore Desktop options.
